When we say “we”, “us”, “our”, we mean the Company.
When we say “you”, we mean the person using or buying our services.
2) What these Terms cover
These Terms cover your use of:
our website and any pages linked to it
our coaching services (online and/or face-to-face, if offered)
our digital products (programmes, guides, workouts, courses, downloads)
subscriptions and memberships
the Everfit platform (and any other tools we use to deliver coaching)
By using or purchasing, you confirm you’ve read and accept these Terms.
3) Age limits
You must be 18 or over to use or buy from our services.
4) Health, safety, and your responsibility
Fitness carries risk. You agree that:
you are responsible for choosing your level of effort and technique
you will stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unwell
you will seek medical advice before starting if you have any health concerns
If we ask you to complete a PAR-Q (or similar form), you agree to provide accurate information and update us if anything changes.
We provide coaching and education, not medical advice.
We do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions.
5) Account access and platform use
If you create an account (including Everfit):
keep your login details secure
you are responsible for activity under your account
tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use
We can suspend or close accounts where needed to protect the service, other users, or where you breach these Terms.
6) What you can expect from us
We aim to deliver services with reasonable care and skill.
But you understand:
results vary person to person
we cannot promise specific outcomes (fat loss, strength, measurements, symptoms, etc.)
consistency, recovery, nutrition, stress, and health history matter
7) Payments
We may accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and/or other providers we add.
You agree:
you’ll provide accurate billing details
you authorise us (and our payment processor) to take payment when due
prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise
If a payment fails, we may pause access until it is resolved.
8) Subscriptions and automatic renewal
If you buy a subscription:
it renews automatically unless you cancel
we charge your payment method on each billing date
your plan terms (monthly/annual) are shown at checkout
Free trials (if offered)
If you start a free trial, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel in your account area (or via the platform used to purchase).
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
You will not receive a refund for the remaining time in a paid period unless required by law or we agree otherwise in writing.
9) Changes to prices and services
We may change pricing or features from time to time.
If you are on a subscription, we will give reasonable notice of price changes where required.
We may also update or change the service, platform, or delivery methods (for example, if Everfit updates, changes, or becomes unavailable). If we must change platform, we’ll provide an alternative route to access your programme where reasonably possible.
10) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
misuse the site/app or attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security
share login access or paid content with others
upload viruses or abuse messaging features
harass, threaten, or post hateful/illegal content
use our service to compete with us or resell our programmes
We can restrict or remove access if you break this section.
11) Your content and messages
If you post or send content to us (messages, photos, progress updates, reviews):
you confirm you have the right to share it
you agree we can store and use it to deliver the service
Testimonials and marketing use
We will not use your identifiable photos/messages in marketing without your permission.
If you give permission (for example, by signing a release or confirming in writing), you grant us a licence to use that content for marketing.
12) Intellectual property
All content we provide (workouts, programs, compound method, plans, videos, PDFs, guides, branding) remains ours or our licensors’.
You may use it for your personal use only.
You must not copy, sell, redistribute, or republish it.
13) Third-party services (Everfit, payments, email, SMS)
We use third-party platforms to deliver services (like Everfit) and to process payments.
You may also be bound by their own terms.
We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party platforms outside our control, but we’ll aim to help you access what you’ve paid for.
14) SMS messaging (if you opt in)
If you opt in to SMS:
you can opt out at any time by replying STOP
message and data rates may apply

15) Ending your access
You may stop using the services at any time.
We may suspend or end access if:
you breach these Terms
payments fail or are disputed in a way that leaves an unpaid balance
we need to protect other users or the integrity of the service
Sections that should continue after termination (like IP, liability, disputes) will remain in effect.
16) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as available”.
We do not guarantee:
uninterrupted access
specific results. Results vary. We can’t guarantee specific outcomes.
Progress depends on consistency, effort, lifestyle, and individual factors.
Examples shown are not typical or promised results.
that the service will be error-free at all times
17) Liability limits
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where unlawful (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights).
Subject to that:
we are not liable for losses that are indirect or not reasonably foreseeable
We are not liable for any injury or physical conditions that may occur during or programs, courses and personal training.
we are not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms beyond our control
our total liability relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 6 months before the claim arose (unless law requires otherwise)
18)Medical Disclaimer
Before starting any exercise, fitness, or nutrition programme, you must consult your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have any medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant, post-natal, or are taking medication.
Our services provide education, coaching, and general guidance only. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. By participating, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and you agree to listen to your body, work within your own limits, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unwell.
If you experience any adverse symptoms, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice.
19) Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, email [email protected] and we’ll try to resolve it quickly.
If we can’t resolve informally, disputes will be handled under the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction (unless consumer law in your country gives you additional rights).
20) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
